Meet the owner Jasmine C. Perry. I am from Denmark, Tennessee. A graduate of South Side High School of Jackson, Tennessee. I currently am a full time worker, mom, part time student and an online boutique owner. Blue Jewels Boutique started as an idea of selling hair extensions when I was 17 years old. My idea came from hating the thought of others speaking badly about my friends, family, and even

myself from experience from "bad weave" sometimes due to not so advanced stylist. I started my research at the age of 17 but didn't see my plan through until May 3rd,2019. On May 3ed of 2019 I opened my online boutique starting out with lashes ,fur slides and clothing. My goal is to provide the best quality products at an affordable price for all origins of the world. Once a certain goal is reached I would love to give back to those in need.
