Out and about got to go to the grocery store.

I woke up last night not being able to breath because the upstairs person was smoking and I had an allergic reaction in my sleep. It was so scary. My skin still itchy and painful but praise god im alive! I cant wait to go home soon!

Alpha-gal isn't just a allergy if a shift in they way you live! From unhealthy food and environments to a way of life that your forced to live or die! Most foods are unhealthy that are processed and meats, not everyone with alpha-gal is severely allergic. The allergy level ranges from 1-5 five being severe. Knowledge is power!
