Business Policy Update
Effective immediately, Classic Candi Customs & More LLC will require full payment at the time an order is placed for all custom orders. Deposits will no longer be accepted.
This policy has been implemented to protect the time, materials, and resources required to produce custom products. Once an order is placed and payment is received, work will begin on your project.
This is the same process used by many online retailers and custom businesses. When ordering personalized items through Amazon, Etsy, Shopify, or other custom shops, payment is required before production begins. Going forward, my business will operate under the same standard.
