Every product we sell is printed in-house to ensure the quality meets our standards. We love the feel of hand printed and hope you enjoy it too. We have a wide variety of T-shirt, Tanks, Leggings, etc. and have it professionally printed with whatever you like. We ship items o
ut as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. Please allow 3-10 business days for processing time. Southern Valley orders are shipped according to the information supplied by the customer. If a shipment is not delivered due to an error made by the customer submitting incorrect information, we will reship the package with corrected address at the customer's expense. We cannot be responsible for any shipment delays due to the shipping company's error or weather.
**Vinyl**
All items are handmade by Southern Valley, created for you to your specifications. We love to do custom orders and special requests are always welcome! If you see something you would like and need a large quantity, please let us know. We will work with you to accommodate your request. Items are non-refundable and non-returnable. If it is our error ex.; wrong initials or wrong color than ordered, we will replace the item, but will not give a refund. Any damaged or incorrect orders need to be reported within 3 days of receiving your order. We will not replace or correct items past the 3 days.
