Let’s talk about the August election for a sec!
I feel like a lot of people only think about voting during presidential elections, but these smaller elections can have a HUGE impact on our everyday lives. The people we choose at the state and local level are the ones making decisions that affect our schools, roads, healthcare, taxes, and local communities.
If you’ve never voted in a primary before (or you’re just not sure what’s on the ballot), take a few minutes to get familiar before August 6. A great place to start it VOTE411.org!!! you can check your ballot, learn about candidates, and find out where to vote.

Your voice matters, even when it isn’t a presidential election. ❤️
