✨I cannot believe this week marked my one year anniversary with Bravenly! ✨

It’s actually been life changing.

🎉I no longer have stomach issues. I still have anxiety (who doesn’t?!) but now I have the tools to help with that in a more natural way.

😴My sleep is so much better. I’m able to fall back asleep after all the middle of the night wake ups from my kids.

💦Staying hydrated has done wonders for my skin, energy, and overall makes you feel better!

🛟I’ve tried all the products over the course of the year and now know what my body needs daily, and know what to get when I need to address something.

Favorite mix lately! Protein + greens + gold!

This combo is full of vitamins and antioxidants that support gut health, immunity, metabolism, glowing skin, and healthy blood sugar levels.

I like to add additional water and ice! You can sip on it in the morning or afternoon!

Health update! 💪🏼👙🥗

I’m STILL loving all my Bravenly products and have been working on feeling better “the all natural” way.

It’s nice to feel good in a bikini again 😉

Sundays are for prepping for the week ahead!

Here’s the mix I’ve been taking the last 2 months to help burn fat, give me energy, and stay calm and focused… the ALL NATURAL way!

Calm- once a day, will keep the panic attacks away.

Ignite- makes you feel “normal” instead of tired all day long. I take 1 in the morning.

BurnX- helps burn extra fat.. I’m actually wearing a bikini again! I take one with lunch and dinner.

Adapt- mushrooms that are amazing for the body. They help me stay focused and chill. I take one with breakfast or lunch depending on my schedule and how I’m feeling that day.

Rush- vitamin energy drink that I have after lunch to get me through the day! This is a daily must have for me

Not pictured: gold- I’ll have a few times a week to reduce inflammation!

Two favorite ways to drink Gold this week!

1: orange poppy + gold + lots of ice (tastes like an orange creamsicle)
2: 1 scoop Revive + gold+ hot water (tastes like warm apple cider!)

My kids have been coughing in my face again and we have a vacation coming up that I refuse to be sick for! 🤧

So far, I’m good!

It’s been 8 months since I started taking Bravenly products and I’m still loving how they are making me feel.
