100 miles in January. ✅

Not gonna lie — it wasn’t pretty the whole way.
Some days hurt. Some days I had to modify. Some days I didn’t want to do it at all.

But I learned something simple (and powerful):
Progress doesn’t require perfect conditions. Just showing up.

I finished yesterday — a day late posting, but right on time for the lesson.
Determination beats motivation. Consistency beats excuses.

I feel better. Stronger. Clear-headed.
And more importantly, I’m set up for a solid year ahead.

One month down. A lot more to build.

Saturday miles hit different.

14-mile loop through Brown’s Ranch — some of the best trails Arizona has to offer. Scenic, technical, and exactly the kind of miles that remind you why you start challenges like this in the first place.

Not every mile is a grind.
Some miles give you clarity.
