It’s Wednesday! Wellness Wednesday! What did you today for your wellness?
Wednesday I start off my day teaching a combo class. I love when i can start off with a clear mind. Today I encouraged my class to find the light within to just keep going.
Resistance we face in life is always challenging.... and it can be really challenging. Finding a speck of light, hope, to keep pushing through each day is crucial to help push through.
It is so easy to focus on resistance as a bad thing. I challenge you..... to change your mindset about resistance. Think about resistance as your life guide. Don’t be afraid of resistance. Allow the resistance to mold you. To break you.... to build you up. Keep a hold of that light within you because it will also guide you.
Together that light and resistance will create something beautiful. That something is you. ❤️

It’s Dia de los Mu***os, Day of the dead.

Mexico holds a special place in our hearts. We were married in Mexico. Here is a pic of my Dad and I walking down the aisle on my wedding day. I am so grateful that he was by my side that day.

This day is filled with remembering those who have passed. It’s not a day of sadness, but a day of life celebration. To celebrate my dad today, I stopped at Starbucks for a coffee. It was something he loved!
