Four years ago, The Good Wife House of Lingerie opened its doors with a simple belief:

Women deserve to be seen, cared for, and celebrated through every season of life.

Two years ago, TGW became a Medicare-accredited provider of post-mastectomy and recovery essentials.

I thought it was simply the next step in my business plan.

I was wrong.

I wasn’t prepared for the need.

I wasn’t prepared for the women who had gone years, and sometimes decades, without access to the resources they deserved.

I wasn’t prepared for the stories, the tears, or the sense of purpose I would find in helping women navigate recovery and restoration.

What I thought would be an addition to my business became the heart of it.

Today, as we celebrate four years in business, I’m excited to share what’s next.

This summer, TGW will be moving to our new home at 1502 South Green Street (currently home to Trendy Me Boutique).

With dedicated parking, easier access, and a space designed specifically for our houseguests, this move allows us to better serve the women who need us most.

You’ll still find beautiful robes, meaningful gifts, Trophy Wife fragrance, and thoughtfully curated comforts.

But our focus is growing where we’ve seen the greatest impact:
• Breast cancer recovery
• Post-mastectomy essentials
• Lymphedema compression
• Medical hair loss solutions
• Post-surgical recovery support
• Encouragement, comfort, and education

What began as a lingerie boutique has become something even more personal.

A place for recovery.
A place for restoration.
A place for hope.

The mission is not.

There are some places that become part of your life so quietly, you don’t realize how much they’ve held you until you stop and look back.

Back when The Hive was still the sweetest little coffee truck called Honeys, those pop-ups became tiny pockets of joy for me. A drink, a conversation, a familiar smile…special moments tucked into ordinary days. Somehow Savannah created more than coffee even then. She created warmth, connection, and community.

To have “The Goodwife” drink still live on all these years later honestly makes me emotional. Not because it’s named after me, but because it represents something bigger: women cheering each other on, small businesses linking arms, and people showing up for each other in meaningful ways.

I love . I love .m.white. And I love the entire “hive” of people who make that space feel like home to so many of us. 🐝

Thank you for seeing me, supporting TGW, and for always creating spaces where people feel welcomed, celebrated, and cared for. Glasgow is better because of what you’ve built.

To every mother, bonus mother, grandmother, caregiver, nurturer, and woman who has loved someone through sleepless nights, impossible seasons, heartbreak, healing, and ordinary Tuesdays that no one claps for.

I hope you were celebrated today.
Not just with flowers or brunch reservations… but with tenderness, gratitude, rest, laughter, and the kind of love you so freely pour into everyone else.

And if today was complicated for you, if you’re grieving a mother, missing a child, mothering while exhausted, or quietly carrying more than anyone knows, we see you too.

TGW knows that womanhood is layered, sacred, messy, resilient, soft, powerful, and beautifully human.

So whether your Mother’s Day was loud and joyful or quiet and aching… we hope somewhere in today, someone reminded you that you matter.

Today we were honored to host the amazing Jennifer Moonsong from the Boys & Girls Club of Glasgow-Barren County talking garden, community, and all the beautiful ways we can show up for our kids… including purchasing their inspired artwork that benefits their Garden Club.

We showcased a little TGW charm too (because garden-themed 100% cotton pajamas belong anywhere joy is happening) but today was really about something bigger…supporting a space that’s growing confidence, creativity, and opportunity for the next generation.
