You never know what you’ll find! Uncle Orval’s Basement is the creation of Don Clear and Alex Lewis, two small-town dreamers with a big love for vintage charm and community spirit. The shop is named in honor of Don’s late uncle, Orval, whose humor, kindness, and love of a good bargain inspired the spirit of this place. Uncle Orval passed away from COVID, but his legacy of laughter and curiosity li

ves on through every corner of the shop. After years of collecting, restoring, and repurposing, Don and Alex decided to turn their shared passion into something bigger, a place where stories, history, and treasures come together under one roof. Every booth in Uncle Orval’s Basement tells a story, from local artisans and collectors to lifelong pickers and first-time resellers. Don and Alex personally renovated and designed the shop to feel like the kind of place where every visit brings a new discovery and a good laugh, just like rummaging through your favorite uncle’s basement.
