Howdy,Hey,Hello,Hola...
RED SKY IS OPEN THIS WEEKEND!
We are back from a tiny rest..!
Come dive in, to a few yummies this weekend. Carrot cake, some pies...maybe berry and key lime..not sure yet! Cookies..yeah!

We will have some delish savory choices,too.(for a fast grab and go lunch or post hike nosh. ) Dreaming up some other goodies..maybe some breakfast pastries with fruit 🍓🫐and my homemade almond paste..! Of course, donuts and fresh salsa and chips.!

Fresh local Bakers Bench breads and english muffins and bagels from Irasburg Baking Co.!
I plan on having a couple healthy salads.
Guess you have to ride over and see. Always a surprise,right?

Yup,Summer is almost at a close..so make hay, while you can.
See you this weekend. We hope you find the offerings tasty.

Yeah,the truth.
This is a RED SKY PSA...
We are closed this weekend.!!

We are taking a tiny rest ,before the new school year starts for Doug. This has been a rough summer..with my dad's passing in July.
We just need the time..and we are creating space for ourselves and the pups.

We will re-open on Saturday August 29th. See you then, with bread, bagels and a few other yummies.

Hey the sun is shining..take a ride to Red Sky. There's PIE!
There are still some Key lime pies..with fresh whipped cream.
Maple cheesecake,too.

Lots of other goodies and fresh local bread, bagels, english muffins and focaccia. (weekly) Salsa ( 3 varieties)and tortilla chips, cream puffs, not sure if brownies are left. Jams, Apple sauces, hot sauce,local cheeses, our BBQ sauces..and some cool drinks. .and cold and hot coffee.
Macaroons are sold out, thanks all. Hope they were yummy.

We will be closed next weekend.
Make a note.
(Need some rest before Doug is back at school.)
Come and create a lil' beach or hike picnic.

As some of you may know..I lost my dad, last Thursday. It is a tender time for sure. I would like to thank everyone for the prayers and love and light. He entered Hospice and I was grateful to be there, and hold his hand. I have been radio silent. Not really up to a lot of chats. I tend to retreat in times of sadness.

Red Sky will be open this weekend.
It will be abbreviated. I just am not ready to dive back in.

We will have Bread loaves,Focaccia and English Muffins from Bakers Bench in Woodbury VT. 🥖🍞We will also have delish bagels from Martha at Irasburg Baking Co. 🥯

Of course,donuts,2 kinds of salsa and chips. We still have lovely cheeses and a boat load of yummy beverages and iced coffees. I am truly doing whatever I really feel like doing. I know you understand that. Maybe some savory hand pies or empanadas on Sun.

My dad was a really sweet guy. He had a super curious mind. He was really smart ,funny, hardworking, kind and friendly.. with a smile for anyone.(whether he knew them or not)
He raised 4 kids who he said, he was proud of. He and my mom were so young, when they started out. I have nothing but the utmost respect for them both.

Rest well daddy. Hope you are water skiing somewhere beautiful, in the Adirondacks. I will always appreciate all the life lessons. You are in my heart.❤ We will make sure mom is cared for, till you meet again. She has been so strong.

A last thing...Our shop will be closed next weekend.August 8 and 9.
We plan a memorial and a celebration, of a life well lived. More updates later.Xo😘

Wondering where we have been?
Not lolling with my pet alligator or sunning..🤣 Painting ,planting, cleaning and scheming. No fly bods in your antique McCoy planter, or vintage glass.😆 All for you. Sunny polka dots on the shop floor and pops of cheery color.

WE OPEN SATURDAY JULY 4TH. SEASON 2026

Starting off slow this season.Have some health issues and my dad has been in the hospital.That has to come first.Finding the grace and space, to allow us to do what we need to.

We also want to make you happy and see your sunny smiles. So..it will not be all full ,in the coolers yet. Hang in ...it will be filled with the usual suspects, soon. I am really trying to create some space for us to have a real summer this year.

So, in the season of sunshine..stay on the sunny side.
Find joy, everyday. Come for a nosh and sit by the river.
Hope you find some yumminess.
