The Antique Shop Hop is next weekend, so meet the participating stores. We hope you're as excited as we are!

A big 'ol update! We're finally getting ready to start putting in all the guts at the old Montgomery Wards building (power, water, HVAC, etc.). A LOT goes into a project of this magnitude before we "see" the progress, and we're so thankful for our dedicated team of contractors, engineers, and masterminds at Heritage Building Solutions Corp. We are so excited for this major milestone in bringing back the old Monty Ward's building to all of you. Hopefully we'll have progress pictures coming soon!

In the meantime, we've decided to *grow where we're planted.*

The past few weeks we've:
- installed the gorgeous new green shelves... old news at this point.
- added epic wallpaper in our vintage clothing section... we've taken a LOT of selfies already.
- hosted our first Craft Night... a super cozy [sold out] event that was truly so fun.
- announced the Antique Shop Hop (with the help of all of our local antique & vintage friends!)
- launched the Back Roads Vintage Bus Tour to show all our Raleigh friends how amazing the vintage scene is in our small town... on a charter bus with karaoke and plenty of stowaway space. ;)

We've also broken a few things, been burned a time or two, and taken a few steps back with every step forward, but that's a story for another day.

Summer months are some of the hardest for small businesses, and this season is no different. We just decided to do something about it.

We hope you all enjoy all the heart we're pouring into this season, and remember to shop local. Thank you for supporting our little dream!

P.S. I couldn't do any of this without my sister, and I'm so lucky she matches my manic bursts with her insane level of creativity. Y'all will never see AI up in this biz. 🫶
