PLEASE READ IN REFERENCE TO ANY ORDERS:

Because we’ve gotten so many custom bow orders and backpack orders we would ask every one to follow a couple of things.

To help us stay better organized with all these orders and to ensure you get what you ordered please
#1 message once you’ve sent your online payment #2 make sure we respond that your payment is confirmed and your order is added to the list.

Doing those two things will help to make sure that the ordering and payment process is complete.

Also once you place your order and we send your invoice or payment link, please pay promptly. This has been a bit of a problem. We can’t add orders until payments are made. That is why it’s so important to message us right after payment is made.

We understand that sometimes a pay period has to come around so please don’t place your order until you can send a payment. It just helps us to keep things organized.
