-Effective Sunday January 2, 2022 and applying to all orders thereafter-
I have been deeply working on improving the group and have decided to revamp our policies and regulations. I feel that there are some new issues we need to address as well as eliminating some old policies. The new policies and regulations will go into effect Sunday January 2, 2022 and will not apply to orders prior, but will apply to future orders.
*How to Order/Invoice Information:
We use PayPal, Venmo, and CashApp to process orders. There will be information included in the listing post on how to order, but all orders require you to comment your email, any additional information for personalization (if offered), and if you would like to pick up from our pick up location or if you will need your items shipped.
If you comment with the intent to purchase items you WILL be invoiced unless you direct message one of us to cancel your order. All listings will have an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) included in the order description. Please be mindful of ETAs when ordering. All invoices will go out on Saturdays via Messenger (FB)unless otherwise mentioned. Failure to pay the request by due date at 11:59 PM will result in the cancellation of your order and multiple offenses are subject in removal from Had&Tay Designs. WE WILL NO LONGER ACCEPT PARTIAL PAYMENTS FOR ANY REASON. If you see something you like, but do not want to miss out on it simply request us to rerun that item at a later date.
*Pick Up Information:
Pick up is held each throughout the week at our shop. Each week I'll post a photo with address and time. In the comments, I will tag anyone who has items ready for pickup. Pick up items will be held for 4 weeks. If any items are not picked up or requested and paid for shipping after the one month period, they are subject to being resold! You CAN send someone in your place if you are unable to come on pick up days, however, both parties will have to message one of us agreeing to that arrangement. Sometimes if your account is not public, or you are not friends with me, you will not be notified when tagged, unfortunately, there is not an easy solution to this problem so you will need to read each comment and look for your name. These posts will be available until the one month period is up. There will NOT be any additional posts reminding of past pickups, it is your responsibility to scroll and look for these! All pick up dates and times are subject to being changed with little to no notice as I'm a small business and not immune to emergency situations. In the event of a pick up postpone I'll be as transparent as possible and will notify you of the next pick up date.
*Shipping information:
Due to postal changes, demand and increase I have no choice but to increase shipping costs. Priority is the only shipping option we offer, and cost will depend on size of order. Five items or less is $10, larger items or any invoice more than 5 items will be $15. Items are shipped out on TUESDAYS only! All shippings are subject to being changed with little to no notice as I'm a small business and not immune to emergency situations. In the event of a shipping postpone we will be as transparent as possible and will work diligently to get your orders out as soon as possibly.
**Edited to add: I'll only ship entire invoices. I no longer will hold multiple invoices to ship together nor will I offer to ship individual items separately.
*Refund Information:
Due to the way I process orders and how I order merchandise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, I'll not be able to give refunds UNLESS something happens to our shipment and it gets canceled or if merchandise still has not shipped past one month of ETA (ex: ETA is late June and merchandise still hasn’t shipped by late July). All of our products/merchandise have ETAs posted on the listing post and on invoices. Please take ETAs into consideration when ordering. All personalized merchandise is non-refundable. If a personalized product has defects caused by production we create/order another one identical to what was ordered at no extra cost to you. If the personalized product is no longer available you can pick a new one of the same value.
Admins reserve the right to remove anyone from the group at any given time without warning. Please remember to use kind words and refrain from any negativity.
