We had such a great night at the Yoni Steaming 101 workshop in downtown Lafayette!

I enjoyed bringing this workshop closer to home and finding people in our community far and wide to make these herbal connections with.

Not only did we talk about Yoni Steaming and herbs but, also about community and hope. How we can find our people in this wild wild world and hold on to each other and make it through.

Herbalism isn’t just a participation hobby, it’s a way of thinking of connecting and being every single day. As I tell people it is a lot like yoga. You can do yoga only when you are feeling stiff and sore to free some range of movement. But like herbalism it builds upon itself in your body and mind. It is not a quick fix - it’s a way of connecting with yourself deeper.

Thank you to everyone who came out! I cannot wait to host another in a few months!

I am always so hesitant on “creating content” as I just don’t have the capacity to worry about how I am dressed, my hair, and cleaning spaces in my house to just video.

So I said screw it, I am so excited for my herb restock and I enjoy digging through this beautiful box of herbs from the incredible Mountain Rose Herbs so here I am!

Yes it isn’t very aesthetically pleasing but I am happy with the work I am able to do with these herbs ❤️

I had the absolute honor and privilege to lead my first Yoni Steam and make your own blend workshop that took place within The Elevated Collective’s Monthly Women’s Circle.

It was an absolute blast working with these incredible people to reconnect with our bodies and learn how these potent herbs can help us with life.

Hands down one of the best experiences of my business! Thank you so much to Ashley with The Elevated Collective and to the Women’s Circle for letting me in this sacred space.

I definitely would love to do more workshops! So if you have an idea or interest that you would love to collaborate, I am all ears.

Good Morning Everyone from The Elevated Collective in Huntington, IN!

I am so excited as I will have some of my products at their Pop-Up table for the next two weeks. This is such a great opportunity for small businesses to get a sense of their community before taking the leap of renting space.

They also host monthly Women’s Circles that I have the wonderful opportunity to lead a workshop with tonight on the benefits of Yoni Steaming along with creating your own blend to take home. The Yoni Blends you can create are inclusive of menstruation symptoms, fertility, PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, postpartum, and menopause.

If you are a Purdue student, come on over to the LGBTQ Center as I am leading an aromatherapy workshop today (Tuesday, April 28th) from 10:00am to 4:00pm. It is called Finals Focus: Blend Your Calm.

We are focusing on connecting with essential oils that you can use to help with memory, focus, anxiety, and insomnia that many of us feel during Quiet and Finals Week!
