**RETURNS** Store credit is offered on unworn merchandise with tags still attached within 14 days for in
store purchases with receipt. Store credit is offered for online orders when items are shipped back within 5 days of purchase through the mail with tags still attached. All items must have no damage, no makeup stains, no perfumes, deodorant or smoke smell, no pet hair etc. Be cautious of car scents, candles, and smoke in your car and home, as well. Addison James Boutique is a small business that does not operate like your average retail stores. This merchandise must be resold, and has to be returned in a timely fashion for resell. Please be kind when returning items. If the item was bought using a code, was a deal of the day, door buster, or was on sale and/or final sale, it cannot be returned. Only clothing and shoes can be returned in new condition and bought at retail pricing with no codes. If you choose to send back anything that does not meet the requirements, it will be sent back RTS. We will not be responsible for items that are damaged after any sort of washing or wear. This is without exception. Damages found outside of return window will not be accepted. DO NOT OPEN YOUR PACKAGE WITH SCISSORS < DAMAGES WITH CUTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. We check every item before it is shipped.
