Don’t have your tickets yet for Little City Thrifty ? GREAT!! Because LCT is donating 50% of this week’s ticket sales to Refugee Dream Center in RI, a great non-profit focused on supporting refugee, migrant, and immigrant families.
Refugee Dream Center helps refugees build new lives in our community through vital programs including ESOL, computer literacy, job training, mentorship, and so much more. We can’t imagine what it must be like to be uprooted from your home and suddenly find yourself navigating an entirely new culture, especially given the current state of things. Refugee Dream Center not only provides support through that transition but also gives refugees the tools, resources, and connections they need to build independence and feel at home in their new community.
