Hector Giacomelli was a French artist in the 1800s. This is a lovely reproduction art print of an 1880 watercolor”A Perch of Birds”. I made the original flag wreath for the shop many years ago and have since reproduced many for my customers. I am pleased to say that just in time for our nation’s 250th birthday I have two at the shop for sale. I know how much I love ❤️ mine (pictured). I keep it up from Memorial Day until Labor Day.
