Join us for our next Sustainability Series workshop as we explore the beautiful art of eco-printing by hammering fresh flowers and leaves into fabric to create one-of-a-kind botanical designs.

So yesterday I stopped in to visit Elegance Fabric House in Dallas and I was pleasantly surprised to see Ms Rosa, who has been a staple in the garment district. You may have seen her cut your fabric at some of the other shops but she has stepped out to create her own store and I’m super happy for her. Thank you for letting me come in and do a video impromptu. The store is beautiful and I can’t wait to see you grow! Go support and tell her that Chelita from That’s Sew Creative sent you!

Class is open! Join us June 17th 11-1pm for a hand weaving experience at the southdallasculturalcenter . Class is free and materials will be provided!

Participants will learn how to create decorative coiled coasters using rope and vibrant Ankara fabric scraps while exploring texture, pattern, and craftsmanship.

This relaxing beginner-friendly class introduces participants to the art of coiling and fabric wrapping while encouraging sustainability through creative reuse. All materials and supplies are included. Open to all experience levels.

Today at 11:30 I will appear on nbc with Cleo! Watch on nbc 5 kxas! I swear everytime I do a tv appearance something goes majorly wrong. This very morning I was scammed by a fake mua/hairstylist in Dallas lmao but thank you to the hair bar in Dallas on royal. They literally had to save me. And special thanks to my lovely student Tracey for literally running to save the day. We had 15 mins to rush to attempt to do my hair yall after getting there! Maybe one day I’ll tell the whole story. I was so FRAZZELED before going on. Thank you to Cleo and the team for the opportunity and support. God is good even through the mess. Sewing is my gift. I’m just here to share it with the world.
