MEET MANDY 👋🏼
Our embroidery wizard, resident machine whisperer, professional “but honey…” sayer, and quite possibly the only person who can keep her cool when the rest of us are one minor inconvenience away from losing it.

She’s has been through A LOT of chapters with us. Long before Earlybird, through the 218 days, the rebrand, the purchase of Arrow, new machines, new systems, growing pains, chaos… all of it. And through every version, she’s just rolled with us. As Shannon said, she’s our Rock N Roll gal ❤️‍🔥

These are so special to me! I’ve been RACKING my brain for a design idea overs the years. On my way to the meet with Sydnie (Earlybird Branding co.), there was a hawk perched on a road sign… I immediately knew this was IT! It is said that hawks are considered messengers of wisdom, patience, & trusting your inner being across cultures - how fitting.

✏️ Her team got to work, and created the perfect artwork (shoutout to my dad who suggested a treble clef as an ampersand.. I’ll always have a piece of someone I love within the design now too) - these are completely one of a kind, and created by actual humans.. no AI here! 😘

Be the first to get your hands on them SATURDAY 8.15.26 at the Pickled Loon for their 10 year anniversary party — I’ll be set up and selling prior to show, and we’ll be taking the stage 7-10pm. See you there!!

Mark your calendars, folks.. because we’ve invited The Hematite to set up shop outside for the day!

Think food truck vibes but make it ✨ drinks ✨

If you haven’t heard of them, The Hematite is a new business coming soon to Calumet. They have the yummiest drinks of all kinds! Once they officially open, they will also have tasty eats too .

There’s no big reason for this other than supporting another small business as they get ready to launch and helping them reach some new faces in Grand Rapids.

Supporting local never tasted so good 😍

We are excited to officially announce that Earlybird Branding Co has acquired Arrow Embroidery!

This means Arrow Embroidery is now under the ownership of Earlybird Branding Co and we are honored to merge its existing legacy forward while continuing to grow and expand our capabilities.
