Public Thread is looking for Michigan based fashion designers and textile artists to participate in our sustainable fashion show and fiber arts showcase.

April 24th, 2025 we'll be hosting our first annual showcase fundraiser runway show. Application is open from now until January 31st, 2025 for this amazing and unique opportunity. We aim to showcase the vast talent in West Michigan and we are looking for artists and designers that want to share their work.

Dabbled, but ready to master the skills of sewing AND make a Blanket Coat? Sign up for our week long Sewing 101 class. We’ll go in-depth into a variety of sewing techniques, using patterns, planning & finishing your very own unique Blanket Coat.

Already know how to sew? Join us for our Mending Mondays once a month, BYOP (project) and our instructors will have mending supplies and be ready to assist you with your own mending project.

Instruction & Materials are included in ALL of our classes.
