It’s my last day here at ANB! The last day I get to call this place my bridal shop. I can’t believe this day is already here. Pretty soon the walls will be painted over, the dresses taken down and my name scratched off the windows. Even though the memory of ANB will slowly fade from this place, I will hold the special moments I’ve had with my brides forever. This store would have been nothing without the support of my family and friends and the wonderful wedding community. I want to make it short and sweet and just say a final but enormous thank you to my parents. I found this photo of my first dollar ever made by them, it’s my favorite. And thank you to everyone else who has helped me in any way make this shop a reality. I promise I will never forget it. EVER.

These girls….these girls have been with me along this journey, each one bringing something different and joyful to the store and to my life. They put their faith in my vision for this bridal shop. They have seen me grow as a person watching as I navigate running a business for the first time (ladies, you have such patience), they’ve been with me for my wedding day, when I was pregnant and became a mama, accomplished many unforgettable bridal days and now onto closing the very thing that brought us together. I have seen them bloom into extraordinary women and watched them find who they were meant to be. From ending relationships, changing jobs, losing loved ones, finding new relationships, moving to new cities, and seeing them follow their freaking dreams. I’d like to say I always kept it “professional” but they know I absolutely did not and consider each one of them a friend and at times my little sisters. It has been one of the most humbling and happiest experiences of my life having these women to lean on every day. Only they truly know the highs and the lows we’ve had together but throughout all of these moments they have always given it their all and remained kind hearted, genuine people. What else could you hope for?

So my girls - Here’s to you! I am so grateful to God for bringing you into my life. I know how lucky I was to have Him cross our paths. Forever rooting for you and THANK YOU for all you’ve done for me and for my brides. There will always be a place in my heart for each of you.

Friday and Saturday is our last day at ANB. There’s still time to grab a gorgeous wedding gown for a crazy low price tag! I will be working Saturday so I’d love to see anyone who wants to stop by to say their last farewells! 💛

Of course because it’s Valentine’s Day, I had to post a throwback with my favorite person in the world, my sweet husband! The person who knows me like no one else. Who knows even though I said he’s my favorite person knows he’s actually second in line to our little girl. I can't believe we only have 2.5 weeks left with this bridal paradise...I am feeling all nostalgic so here's a good before and after moment. This place needed a lot of love but I am so thankful I had the opportunity to turn it into my dream space.
