Photographer Mike Kohlbauer took his “Clothesline Quilts” photo near Elkhorn, WI.

The 40-foot artwork was created around 2012 by local artist Amy Mossman for Larry and Judy Vance's farm.

It features a whimsical farm scene with multiple quilts drying on a line, including one depicting a rooster, which was the grandmother's favorite animal.

The site is a popular stop on local barn quilt tours in Walworth County.
