Business is all about relationships, and you can’t keep asking people for their business without repaying them. You don't need to do anything special to use the drive-thru. You can drop off or pick up your cleaning at the window just like you would in the lobby.

We're one of the few remaining operations that chose to remain "open concept" which means all daily operations are within customer's sightlines. Cleaning, pressing, spot removal and the assembly of orders are there for all to see. Nothing is hidden behind doors and walls.
