We're looking for an experienced Full-Time Assistant Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating an outstanding shopping experience. If you're a motivated retail professional with leadership skills, a positive attitude, and an eye for style, we'd love to meet you.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE:
* Deliver outstanding customer service and build lasting customer relationships.
* Assist with daily store operations, merchandising, and inventory management.
* Maintain an organized, inviting, and visually appealing sales floor.
* Process sales, manage POS transactions, and perform basic computer tasks with confidence.
* Help create a fun, welcoming environment for customers and staff alike.
WHO YOU ARE:
* Previous retail management or supervisory experience.
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
* Strong computer and point-of-sale system skills.
* A passion for fashion, footwear, and helping customers look and feel their best.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* 32 + hours weekly must include weekends and holidays.
Seasonal hours during winter hours and peak seasons.
