Lord,

Let me be the first to say…YOU ARE NOT FUNNY! I do understand that when we pray for betterment and to rid ourselves of certain qualities, we will be tried in the fire, but back up and give me a breather. All of these attacks coming from people in close proximity? You already know my attitude and what’s in me. I’m trying not to see black or red. I’m trying not to form things in my heart and speak it out my mouth cause You said, “Be angry, yet sin not.” Lord, grab a hold of my thoughts and renew my mind. Holy Spirit help me! Your word says, “we are afflicted in every way, but not crushed; perplexed, but not despairing; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed; always carrying around in the body the dying of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be revealed in our body.”

Jesus show up! Suppress this flesh called a Shenita. Help me to ignore the noise that is put out to harm me mentally emotionally physically and spiritually because my health is what’s most important in all states. In the mighty name of Jesus. Amen

I'm just going to say it, you CAN NOT be A CHRISTIAN and be JUDGEMENTAL period. And if you are believer,cite your scripture reference. While we run to the 10 commandments to justify everything, please remember that Jesus came to fulfill the law and we are no longer under the old covenant. Please remember under the new covenant we were given ONLY 2 commandments to follow, and although they encompass all the laws...the key word is LOVE. The Bible says lean not to your own understanding and in all thy ways get understanding. It also says in James that if you ask for wisdom, He will grant it to you. So again before we continue down the road of rants because of your "passionate feelings," and NOT from logic and truth found in the word of God...STOP! PRAY! LISTEN! If you were a messenger from the Lord, I highly doubt (I may be wrong) that you wouldn't have stirred up so much offense and correction. One thing about God's word, is it does not create or bring chaos, but the spirit that falsely interprets it does. You are entitled to your own opinions, but when it comes to the word of God you better tread lightly on the adding or taking away. That probably includes implications, but again I MAY BE WRONG.

If you cant the TRUTH in LOVE then how can you call yourself a believer?? I'm not saying cater to feelings or sin, but address it with the word and not your paraphrasing. And unfortunately, in this situation of abortions, you cannot because there is not except what was mentioned earlier. Prochoice falls under FREEWILL. God gave everyone freewill to make decisions, and if those decisions lead to being outside the will of God, then that's between them and God.

Gentle rebukes are backed by the word of God.

What are some of your titles? Some of mine are a friend, mom, neighbor, wife, daughter, sister, employee, fitness partner, and volunteer, to name a few. I get a little overwhelmed.

Did you notice I left off a pretty important title? I’m also a daughter of God. How much time do I focus on my role as God’s child? This question often bothers me. I frequently experience tension, feeling pulled in many different directions. In our time together, we will process some of this tension to sort out how to keep God in the #1 spot while juggling so many other responsibilities.

Take a moment to list your titles in the order of importance to you. Then, consider how much time you spend on each role.

Do you see the problem I see? My top title is as a daughter of God, yet I spend most of my time in the mom, wife, and employee roles. So, how do we manage this tension? Before I answer this question, can I share another struggle? Another problem I run into is the idea that I’d like to spend more time with the wind in my face. I want to take a girls’ trip with some of my friends, and I’d like to feel more fulfilled in ministry.

Since I believe God intended for us to hold titles such as children, parents, and employees, I don’t think the solution is to withdraw from all our roles. So what’s the solution? What if we bring God into those roles a bit more?

Reflect upon your top 3-5 roles. Let’s identify ways to bring God into each of these roles. As we integrate our faith into our lives, we live out the Biblical principle of having our “identity in Christ.” Our identity in Christ is so important that it impacts how we work, parent, and even behave at the gym or in our neighborhood.

Do you have any trouble bringing God into specific parts of your life? What about your negative spaces? You know, those places where you feel shame and dissonance? God wants to be in the middle of those spaces, too.

Imagine the strife children could avoid if they would bring their parents into the middle of some of their troubles? Do you think God ever feels the same way about us? We want God and others to see our shiny parts, and we prefer to hide, ignore, or spray-paint the “not-too-nice” parts.

During our time together, we will look at boundaries, contentment, stability, and boldness. As we explore each of these, invite God to show you what He sees in you. Ask God to show you how to bring Him into the middle of your conversations, responsibilities, and most exciting moments.

Extra Credit:
Brainstorm some ways to bring God into the middle of your thoughts and relationships, using Deuteronomy 6:6-9 as a guide.

𝑨𝒄𝒄𝒐𝒓𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒐 𝑮𝒆𝒏 1: 26-27, 𝑮𝒐𝒅 𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒎 𝒎𝒂𝒍𝒆 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒇𝒆𝒎𝒂𝒍𝒆… not man and woman. He created our s*x to identify the physical difference between us, so that we could be fruitful and multiply, and so that our roles will align with our identification. Pastor Todd states, just because you were born with the “𝒑𝒂𝒄𝒌𝒂𝒈𝒆,” to be a male does not mean you are equipped to be a man. And the sad part is this is unfortunately so. You can’t be a man until you put away the childish behaviors and thoughts of your childhood. You can’t be a man until you learn what full submission unto to God is and actively walk it out. Most are not men, because they were being taught the ideology of what a man looks like from a male. One thing about everything in life…it can be taught, especially if you read and follow the principles outlined by our Creator. So ladies, there is no excuse for you to be still raising weak ungodly, boys who later turn into an adult that becomes a baby daddy or a M.U.T.T

Breezy just graduated from Harvest Christian University and received the honorary doctorate for his work in music, dance, and performance.
