Following a motor vehicle accident that caused significant trauma to the right eye, this patient underwent multiple eye surgeries but was left with an opacified cornea.
Over the course of several months, Dr. Shelby Riley worked closely with the patient to design and fit a custom hand-painted Nissel soft prosthetic contact lens. Every detail—from the fit to the color selection—was carefully customized to create the most natural appearance possible.
