Enjoy watching trains in a variety of winter settings with a pleasing mix of live train audio and holiday music. See steam, diesel, freight and passenger trains in the US and Canada. Ride on board the locomotives of Indiana Rail Rail Road's Senate Avenue to Hiawatha Yard train in our next YouTube premier, Wednesday May 31 at 9pm Eastern. We have several cameras rolling on the locomotives as well as outside microphones. Hear our lead SD90, #9007 as it ROARS from Lake Lemon for about 15 minutes straight, all the way to the summit of the grade at Unionville. You'll also see the two highest bridges on the line, the Shuffle Creek Viaduct and the Richland Creek Viaduct, also called the Tulip Trestle. Go through Unionville Tunnel as well. Lots of really interesting things to watch in this one.

In this program, engineer's Dave and Randy take us from Lamy to Albuquerque, New Mexico. As I add programs to streaming on YouTube it's time to start adding the multitude of cab rides to the mix. I'm going to start with the older ones first. Of the old ones, "Cab Ride Along the Santa Fe Trail" (6 programs) and "Kansas City to Chicago" (5 programs) are the most ready to go. Both will require about the same amount of work to get ready for upload.

I'm thinking to to a cab ride a week and a "regular" program a week, still uploading two a week.

SO, which one of these two series should I start with? KC-Chi with 90mph running at lots of meets on double track, or Santa Fe Trail, which runs from La Junta, Colorado to Albuquerque, New Mexico?

The Santa Fe Trail series has TONS more semaphores than exist today along the route. Lots between La Junta and Trinidad, and pretty much a forest of blades from the pair east of Colmer all the way to the pair west of Bernal. Then a bunch of them between near Los Ceririlos and Bernaillo. Even a couple of wigwags if you look closely.

It really doesn't matter to me, just wondering if the viewers have a preference as to which you folks would like to see first?
