Reading fine print for too long won’t damage your eyes-but it can cause temporary strain and discomfort.

If your eyes feel tired, dry, or you’re getting headaches, it might be time to give them a break.

💡 Try the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds.
