A customer of mine asked me to forward this:
I purchased a new combo unit from Ninja Jump. I thought I was purchasing a Ninja Jump combo but when I received the combo, the shipper was EZ Inflatables. When I asked the Ninja Jump rep why the unit came from EZ Inflatables, he denied that the unit was made by EZ Inflatables but did say that they are partners.
Being in the inflatable business for 18 years, I am quite familiar with Ninja Jumps products and have ordered several new inflatables from them in the past. Needless to say, in my opinion, the quality of this product is MUCH less than expected.
There is a column at the top of the landing which makes it difficult for children of a certain size, or an adult, to properly sit before sliding. (Picture attached) My husband is 185 lbs. He fell into the netting between the slide and the bounce room. I had several others test the step/top landing area and they all fell into the netting between the slide and the bounce room. Every one.
When I emailed the rep about the column taking up more than half of the top landing, he replied, " I am not sure what you mean by column?"
In my opinion, at max, with regular rentals, this combo is not expected to last more than a year before repairs are needed.
My advice to anyone buying new inflatables, spend the extra money and buy an eInflatables unit. I own several eInflatables units. They have held up great. I was trying to save some money. Never again.
I give Ninja Jump 1 star for this purchase. And I give them 1 star for customer service.
