We're looking for our next NEAT organizers!

Yes, we organize beautiful homes, but this job is about so much more than organizing.

It’s about taking care of people.

Our clients invite us into their homes during busy, exciting, and sometimes overwhelming seasons of life. We help them unpack after a move, bring order to spaces that aren’t working, create calm out of chaos, and ultimately help them feel comfortable in their own homes.

We’re looking for someone who loves people as much as they love a beautifully organized space.

You might be a great fit if you’re:

-- Warm, positive, and genuinely enjoy helping others
-- Detail-oriented with an eye for making spaces beautiful
-- A creative problem solver who loves a transformation
-- Dependable, professional, and trustworthy
-- Comfortable working closely with clients and teammates
-- Ready to jump in, work hard and have fun doing it

This is a flexible, part-time, as-needed position, primarily Monday-Friday between 9–5. It’s hands-on work, so you’ll need to be comfortable being on your feet, lifting, hauling, and using step ladders. You will also need reliable transportation for traveling to and from projects that take us all over southeast Michigan.

✔ Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic
✔ Can work with many different personalities
✔ Is professional, discreet, and trustworthy
✔ Can visualize and transform a space
✔ Is confident and able to take direction from a Lead Organizer
✔ Values safety and teamwork
✔ Is physically able to work on their feet, lift and haul heavy items, and use ladders
✔ Is available Monday – Friday, 9a - 5p, on an as-needed part time basis
