Most people think feeling stuck means something is wrong with them. It does not. It means something is trying to shift.
When you feel stuck, it is usually because you have outgrown something, a habit, a belief, a relationship, a version of yourself, but you have not yet built the next thing to step into. That gap between who you were and who you are becoming is where the discomfort lives.
Here is what I want you to sit with this week: feeling stuck is not a sign that you are broken. It is a sign that you are ready for something new. The question is not "why am I stuck?" The question is "what am I ready to let go of?"
Start there. Write it down. Be honest with yourself. And if you need help working through it, that is exactly what we are here for.
Things to remember: - Feeling stuck is not failure. It is a signal. - You do not need to have the whole plan figured out before you start moving. - Clarity comes from action, not from waiting.
