To our Whimsy Pop family,

We want to sincerely apologize to anyone who may have noticed a ma*****na odor around our storefront recently.

Unfortunately, this issue is coming from individuals who live nearby and is completely outside of our control. We want to be very clear that this is not something we find acceptable, nor does it reflect the family-friendly environment we work so hard to create at Whimsy Pop.

As a business that welcomes families, children, collectors, and community members every day, it is important to us that everyone feels comfortable when they visit. While we cannot control the actions of others, we are actively exploring every reasonable option available to help address the situation and minimize its impact on our customers.

Please know that we share your frustration. We take great pride in our store and the experience we provide, and it is disappointing to us when circumstances beyond our control affect that experience.
