Working on some new ideas for “event quilts”.
Beginning stages for baby shower quilts. Blocks to color at the shower.
This original sample is using clip art to get it done quickly to test the theory. I’m working on blocks with original art.

All 4 quilts in memory of a beloved brother and uncle. There was just enough to be able to split everything up through all the quilts. Each is unique and cohesive with the collection. Each represents him.

Still shots for the quilt shared this week. Sharing 2 pics in different lighting. * I’m a quilter, not a photographer….
I used light denim as the fill. The color is more accurate in the first pic. But the lightness also created some glare for the other shirts so we tried in filtered shade.

Recent memory quilt completed and delivered! This was a collection of shirts sitting in his closet. Memories of shows he attended. Fill in fabric is a light denim (actually old jeans). Few pops of color blocks in the corners to add a little interest and break up large denim blocks.

Hi all!!
I am looking for Phillies shirts that your kiddos may have outgrown. SPECIFICALLY blue, grey, white shirts (I have so much red already).
I’m working on a new quilt project/design and trying to put together a sample. I’ve been hitting the thrift stores but I’m struggling to find enough shirts other than red.
Also….logo that ARE NOT players names or images specifically. General Phillies logos are what I need.
Message me if you have something that you’d be willing to donate to the project 🙂
Thanks in advance!
