Q:How do you determine the cost of an order? A: An embroidery order is quoted based upon estimated stitch count and quantity. We give a firm cost of your order in advance upon review of your design. Q: Do you stock designs for me to choose from? A: We are a custom embroidery company and do not offer stock designs. We will digitize your logo or design or work with profe

ssionally digitized embroidery-ready files supplied by you. Q: Is there a charge to digitize my design? A: There is a charge to make your design ready for embroidery. This charge is dependent on the number of stitches and complexity of your design. An exact quote can be given after our embroidery department reviews your design. Q: When you digitize an embroidery design, who owns the digitized file? A: Lone Star Thread Works owns the digitized file. You will be charged once to setup your artwork. There will be no setup charge for reorders if you do not require changes to your design.

Had a new customer show up simply wanting a patch that had made elsewhere sewn onto a backpack. Then they showed us the "patch" the other company supplied. No border, no backing, just a piece of floppy material and a new embroidered on it. She paid $10. Then I showed her what we can offer for $10! She had us remake the patch and sew it to a backpack.
