Following your approval of the redlined Preliminary Drawings, we are ready to proceed to the Final Full Construction Plan Set. This set will include all necessary documents to move your project into construction, providing you with three copies and additional copies available upon request. The Final Plan Set includes foundation plans, floor plans, wall elevations, framing plans, home elevations, detailed section plans, and a basic electrical plan.
