We’re coming together to support my brother-in-law, Trent, as he prepares for the fight of his life—a heart and liver transplant.

Trent and his mom, Heather, have been facing countless weeks in the hospital, and they still have a long road ahead with transplant surgery, recovery, travel, lodging, medical expenses, and everyday financial burdens. We want to help ease some of that stress so they can focus on what matters most—Trent’s healing.
