✨Exciting News!✨ A few weeks ago, I was selected to be the first Rachel Tinelle Method Ambassador and I’m beyond honored & excited!!! It’s no secret that what Rachel has created is unlike any other fitness studio and I’m so blessed to be a part of it in any way!

RTM opened at a time in my life when I needed it the most and has become a safe place for me so becoming the first Ambassador feels natural and I hope I make my girl Rachel proud and share all the amazing parts of her business!

If you’re interested in trying RTM, or have any questions, please feel free to reach out! 🩷✨ It’s the perfect mix of sculpt, yoga, Pilates, strength training, etc with a killer playlist to keep you moving! Drum roll please…..cause these events are worth the wait my friends!!!

The outdoor events have finally arrived and I’m here for it🙌🙏✨ I thank all the businesses who put on these events because they’re not easy and very time consuming but they’re SO appreciated! Show them some love and if you attend and love an event, please let me know!!

I know sometimes I’m a little delayed posting but please know I don’t use AI, I’m a one woman show researching all these incredible events cause I LOVEEEE it 😍😍😍 also life is busy so please forgive me if I posted a little late and missed a few I promise next month I’ll do better!🫶🏻🫶🏻
