Everyone! Meet, Erin! The INCREDIBLE individual that rode 🚴🏻‍♀️the coast of MA to raise awareness and funds for those impacted by domestic violence and sexual assault. Maybe, while bunker’d-in,
Sheltering from the winter storm,
You could “Groundhog Day”, today,
In a day you’d rather not live

And something to think about…

Even though Bill Murray’s character was miserable,
Living the same day, over and over,
Once he accepted his fate,
He made the best of it.
And grew.

Something many of us could learn to do.

Gloves are typically worn to avoid cross contamination. For example, hospital workers wear gloves if they need to touch a patient and then the gloves are thrown away before moving on to the next task. If you are wearing the same set of gloves all around town, you are carrying germs everywhere! Think about every door you touch, your steering wheel, shopping carts, and other items you touch. It is safer to not wear gloves and WASH YOUR HANDS or use an alcohol-based hand rub (if soap and water is not available) after every store.

Please note: before entering Wentworth-Douglass Hospital’s Respiratory Illness Clinics, you will be asked to disinfect your hands and remove gloves.
