A renovation plan gets clearer when you can see the possibilities. 🧭 My DWY Onsite Audit and 3D Design includes a 1-hour kitchen or bathroom assessment, custom 3D design, prioritized next steps, and budget-conscious guidance for $249. Renovate with a plan, not guesswork. CCB #237291. Learn more at mrfixitdwy.com.

🔧 I don’t assume a renovation needs a full tear-out. My Done With You approach starts with looking closely at what is already there and deciding what can be renewed.

For kitchens and bathrooms, that can mean working with existing cabinets, countertops, backsplashes, tile walls, and other sound features instead of automatically replacing everything.

- Reuse what still serves the space
- Refinish existing features where practical
- Plan repairs and improvements before removing anything
- Get professional guidance while you do the work

Do renovation coaching sessions require an onsite visit? Not always. I provide Done With You support onsite, virtually, by phone, or through video consultation, helping with planning, estimates, and practical next steps.

I tailor the format to your project and where you are in the process. Learn more at mrfixitdwy.com.

🔨 A smoother remodel starts before the first wall is opened. I use a Done With You approach to help homeowners plan carefully, make informed choices, and renovate without removal when the existing space can be improved.

Here are five checkpoints I recommend reviewing before work begins:

- Scope: Define what needs to change, and what can stay.
- Budget: Build a realistic estimate before choosing materials.
- Sequence: Plan the order of work so each step supports the next.
- Materials: Compare options for fit, function, and overall project goals.
- Permits: Check what approvals may be needed before work starts.

If an inspection report or contractor quote has left you unsure about the next step, I can help explain the findings and guide your scope and estimate. Learn more at mrfixitdwy.com.

What if your kitchen or bathroom needs a plan, not a full demolition? 🛠️

I help homeowners work with existing features, including cabinets, countertops, backsplashes, and tile walls, while building a practical scope of work, estimates, materials list, and 3D design direction. That makes it easier to prioritize punch-list repairs and plan a renovation through my Done With You model.

I’m happy to help you map out the next step. Learn more at mrfixitdwy.com.

For Oregon properties served by a well, I keep one important transaction task organized from sample to paperwork. 💧

My well-water testing service helps support a smoother real estate timeline by coordinating:

- On-site sample collection
- Testing for arsenic, nitrate, and total coliform
- Overnight shipping to an accredited laboratory
- Filing the completed Real Estate Transaction form with the Oregon Health Authority and buyer

I charge $195 plus laboratory fees, and online appointments are available at mrfixitdwy.com.

🏠 A safer home often starts with looking at each room as a whole. My aging-in-place assessments help identify practical changes that support safety, independence, and long-term comfort.

Depending on the home’s needs, that may include threshold ramps, dual handrails, or motion-sensor lighting. I offer in-home and virtual options, with personalized guidance to help you decide what makes sense.

- Review the home room by room
- Identify practical safety improvements
- Support greater independence at home
- Plan changes around long-term comfort
