I promised myself I would come out of my shell this year scared, trembling, stumbling on my way out so let me introduce myself. My name is Wendy Nance. I’m a mother of 2 adult children Saheed & Mishel who I love very much.. A wife to my best friend Michael where theirs never a dull moment with us we are the epitome of Black Love at its finest. I continually work at building my relationship with God 1st along with being a designer of all things, an avid shopper & reseller of fine used, vintage and pre-owned items and loving it. I’m friendly and although my initial appearance is an extrovert I love those quiet times to get to know the real me and work on self growth. I’ve realized that I’m perfectly, imperfect and it’s all right to not to be at the top but to enjoy the ride upward. Integrating plants in your design scheme can warm a space up and bring the outdoors inside. I achieve that through an array of plants with complimentary pots to add style. If you don’t have a green thumb you can use faux plants or artwork with foliage.

This year I kept my dining table simple. I started by changing the runner to this linen gold embroidered style that adds some elegance but not over the top. I kept things green with decorative potted plants that brings the outdoors in and placed a center tray with fragrant, natural ornamentation.

It’s that time of year that we spread good tidings and cheer. I feel cheerful when I look at my Christmas decor. This year I kept it simple with silver, gold and white color scheme. I love it even more with lights.
