This old church was built in the 1800's and was totally refurbished in 2011...it is the perfect spot for a quilt shop. Vicki is the owner of this beautiful shop and spends a lot of time making sure she has the latest fabrics in stock & keeps any eye on the current trends so there is quite a variety here. We offer different classes than you will find at your traditional quilt shops. We will have cl

asses that range from quilts to cloth dolls to baby items and purses....if it can be made out of fabric we will teach it! We have 2 computerized long arms that we will rent time on for you to quilt your own piece. Our classes take place in our newly finished learning center. We are authorized Handi Quilter Dealer and would love to talk to you if you are thinking of purchasing a long arm. Let us host your next retreat, guild meeting or sew in! We would love to see you!

After 15 wonderful years, I am writing to share some bittersweet news: my last day as the owner of Quilters Garden will be Monday, August 31st.

This quilt shop has been an incredible journey, and I am deeply grateful for every part of it — the opportunities I’ve had, the trips we’ve taken, the wonderful people I’ve met along the way, and, of course, the memories. Oh, the memories I have made!

When I look back over these 15 years, I realize that Quilters Garden has been about so much more than fabric, quilts, and sewing. It has been about friendships, laughter, creativity, shared stories, and the amazing community that grew around this little shop. So many of you have become more than customers — you have become friends and a very special part of my life. I will always treasure the people and experiences that made this journey so special.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support, your friendship, your loyalty, and for allowing me to be a small part of your quilting journeys. Quilters Garden has been such a special part of my life, and I will carry the memories — oh, so many memories — with me always.

I am especially grateful to know that Quilters Garden will be in wonderful hands. The new owner is not simply taking over the shop — they are becoming its steward. They have the same love and passion for quilting, creativity, and community that has made Quilters Garden so special over the years, while also bringing their own ideas, energy, and fresh perspective.
I am excited to see the new take they will bring to the shop and to watch Quilters Garden continue to grow and evolve in its next chapter. While it will be different, I know the heart of what makes this shop special will remain.
