The Connecticut c@nnabis community couldn’t have had a bigger and better advocate and promoter than our man Peezy. Who sadly passed away this weekend. He helped so many of us get the word out about our projects with his podcast, but more than that he genuinely cared about the plant and the people around it. He’d check in on me often about Cannacticut, always offering me an ear to vent to, words of encouragement to continue, and words of support and collaboration. I’m couldn’t be happier with the memories we made together. Thanks for being the life and voice of the party. We were all truly lucky to have you as a major part of our community. You gave Connecticut c@nnabis respect and validation when it wasn’t always popular. Thank you Sal, you’re going to be missed by so many!

Today marks the fifth anniversary of Cannacticut. What started as a small project to sell T-shirts has turned into a state and regional wide community of smokers and cannabis enthusiast. We couldn’t imagine that it would turn into what it is today and we appreciate everybody who’s helped us along the way. Every small business owner, dispensary, every activist and every friend we’ve made along the way. We really appreciate all the help and all the support. It’s really hard to boil 5yrs into 20 pics, so expect another post.
