We are starting to do year end inventory at the cleaners. If we have a contact number on file for you and your clothes have been there longer than 60 days we will be contacting you.

Please keep in mind we are not a closet or storage space for your clothes and/or household items. We are a small business. To help keep prices low please be prompt in picking up your articles.

Let me introduce the team at Copeland's to you:

Linda is the one on the left. She works mornings. She thinks it's to hot to work in the afternoon 🙃. She has been in the dry cleaning business off and on for ??? Years. Linda is 21 Years old and knows her customers in and out.

Angie is on the right. Angie works afternoons. She has worked the counter at the cleaners for ten plus years. Both these ladies ran Discount Cleaners in Decatur when we had it.

Please stop in and tell them Hello. They would love to see you and get to know you!

It has been brought to my attention that the past 6 months to a year one of my employees at this location has not presented her customer service skills in the way Dan and I would have wanted.

I apologize deeply for any rudeness that may have been displayed or anything else that was not our standards.

This employee no longer works for us and I ask that you give us another try. I have 2 very awesome ladies there that have years of experience in dry cleaning and customer service.

I also want you (my customers) to know that I am never to busy to hear from you if you have a problem. Please let me make it right.

Thank you for your continued loyalty to Copeland's Classic Cleaners with Dan's passing. I am trying to keep things as they were.

Dan always loved his customers in Hartselle and I do too! Hartselle is a great town! I personally thank you for your continued support these past 4 plus months. But, I have no desire to close.

We are in need of PANTS hangers. Our supplier is having a hard time getting them in so therefore we are running low. These are the hangers with the cardboard on them. If you have any spare hanging around please recycle at the cleaners. *We recycle all hangers not just the pants hanger* **with the exception of plastic hangers.** Thank you so much for helping us out!!!

Currently, and for the first time in my life, there is a hanger shortage in the US. Something that we all have taken for granted I’m sure. If you have any wire hangers like we use here at the cleaners we would like for you to recycle then with us. Some will notice that you may be receiving garments back on hangers that say “Watkins Cleaners’” reason being as we are trying to find hangers where ever we can.
We normally use hanger made by M&B located here in Alabama but they can not manufacture any due to the metal wire they use comes from over seas.
We will get through this but we ask again that if you have a bunch of empty hangers to please recycle them them with us. We will sort them and discard any that are beyond serviceability.
