e through this 1920's building just like it always has. Originally a Confectionery Shop in the 1920's the Big Red Building has housed a wide variety of businesses throughout the years. General store downstairs to the Leaky Roof Dance Hall in the 1930's upstairs. With Austin, San Antonio, Bastrop, New Braunfels and San Marcos within an hours drive and Houston only two hours to the east it is a perfect location for a day trip.

St. Francis holding a bird. Light weight ceramic piece.
The dog is made by Blue Mountain pottery. There is damage to an ear but we rescue all kinds of things.
Cleaning these is on my to do list.
