Hub City Maker's Market is a monthly market held in Town Square Park in Hattiesburg MS 10am-4pm starting in February 2018. Our goal is to give local artists a chance to sell their wares and educate the public about the arts and skills that are dying out, such as leather working, forging metal, crochet/knitting, wood working, sewing, glass work, pottery/ceramics, and more. We strive to help eradica

te "starving artists" and give maker's the chance to help make a living or earn extra income. We also encourage people to buy handmade and local as a way to support the community. At this time we are not accepting any vendor applications, we'll open up applications in December.

Hey everyone, after a lot of thought the directors have decided to cancel our remaining Spring markets.
Our vendors have requested we move to an indoor location for awhile now but we couldn't find one until now, we're in talks with a local hotel to host our markets starting in hopefully July or August. We absolutely love Town Square Park but the weather has been unpredictable in the past 2 years and we've cancelled far more markets than we'd have liked.
The reason for cancelling these last 2 markets is because we want to focus on the changes that need to be made in order to move locations.
Hopefully very soon we'll be announcing our new location and dates! If you have any questions please feel free to contact us!

I know it's a bit last minute but my food vendor fell through so I'm looking for someone willing to come out Saturday. Just some simple burgers and hot dogs is absolutely fine! Food vendors don't have to pay any fees to vend either, just contact me if you're interested in coming, it's 10am-4pm.
