An Etsy customer in Ethel, Louisiana purchased a magnet in early December that wasn’t scanned by USPS for DAYS after dropping it off at the post office in Rising Sun.

Figuring it was lost (and worried about it arriving before Christmas), we sent a new magnet and refunded the order as an apology for the delay.

The order ended up arriving 10 days later, and this lovely customer decided to return the extra magnet with little note.
