$330+ spent in 2026 so far on just packing material. I reuse boxes from packages I order to help save costs but making sure items get to where they're going in one piece isn't always cheap. I've found I spend just as much on the packing for an item as I charge for an item. And then it's still a gamble if it will make it to it's new home in one piece. It's a catch 22 and why I'd rather sell in person than ship but I also want others who want my goods to be able to have them too no matter where they're located.
Anyways, thanks for reading my nonsense about the inflated cost of packing material.
