Making leather woven bowls from the belt end cut-offs. It takes awhile to gather enough pieces long enough to make each bowl but it's worth the wait, right?

Working on a custom mini tote pattern today for a customer who brought in a gator skin he had harvested. We were asked for a belt, wallets, bags and anything we could make to use all the skin.

Thinking to do some zip top pouches for the elbows and knee areas which could be really cool!

Every once in awhile we have the perfect opportunity to utilize the leather markings as part of the design to make them even more unique!

We try to use as much of the skins as possible b/c I hate to waste even a tiny piece!

These 2 pieces are made into our popular large size squeeze pouches. These are the only 2 right now!
