When you see a piece of fabric and it calls to you, asking to be made into something of beauty...we'll that's me! Having a desire to find simple elegance that works from sun up to sun down. Real clothes that real people can wear and express who they are individually; this is my desire. Clothing can be poetry. Putting on something beautiful that amplifies your natural beauty is your personal poetry

Family Friendly - Fall Yumminess

If you are seeking a family treat and love biscuits, then this is for you. The whole family enjoy's these biscuits. I traditionally double the recipe so we have enough for our 5.

Some use the Rosemary Butter, some use regular butter and some use just honey - to each their own.

I know that I feel better with these because of the addition of pumpkin. User note - if your dough is sticky sprinkle flour on your hands and on the dough to kneed. If it is a hot Texas day, you may need to rub your hands with an ice cube to cool them off before you handle. Just a few lessons learned!

Adding a simple pair of tassel earrings creates an instant look.

Tuesday Tip - OMG why did I not figure this out before?

Did you know that you can slice an apple in rounds and use a lemon juicer to remove the core?

This simple plastic lemon juicer, normally used to catch the seeds and expel the juice without membranes now just earned a better spot in the drawer. Afternoon snacks just upgraded!

I see apple slices drizzled with PB or Almond Butter or special treat with Caramel - my kids afternoons will never be the same!
